Tricot, ganchillo, gancho, tejido, lanas, estambres.....tantas formas de decir lo mismo.  Sin embargo, estemos donde estemos, lograremos entendernos.  Así es el mundo de las lanas; a él llegan mujeres y hombres de todos los tipos, buscando lo mismo: una labor en la que vaciar su creatividad y energía, o una prenda que les proporcione el confort que buscan.  No importa cómo lo pidan; en la tienda de lanas les sabrán guiar hasta lo que necesitan en ese momento.  Y lo mejor de una labor......si no sale como la querías, siempre puedes volver a empezar, con más conocimiento y experiencia.

Así en BimbaluBlankets nos queremos renovar y cambiar un poco nuestra web.....un pequeño retoque para recibir nuestro primer aniversario con un sabor nuevo!!!

Knit, crochet, yarn, freeze, throw, blanket.....so many ways to say the same thing.  But no matter how, we manage to understand. 

That's how the knitting world works; women and men with different needs come to it, searching for something specific or perhaps with only a feeling.  It is okay, either way.  The important thing is to start working in a project, with all your creativity and enthusiasm.  Or finding the piece that you're looking for, to make you feel comforted.  And if your project doesn't come out just as you thought, you can always start again, but adding knowledge and experience.

And so in BimbaluBlankets we want to receive our first anniversary with a new web image....a few changes to make us feel renewed!!!

Mi nombre es Percy y soy socia de BimbaluBlankets.  He decidido escribir este blog para compartir algunas de las experiencias que hemos vivido en este maravilloso mundo del tejido y las lanas.

Mientras tejemos nuestras mantas, compartimos la historia de las vidas de las personas que vienen a nuestra tienda, quizás a tejer, o quizás en búsqueda de un poco de cariño.

Mi objetivo es el de compartir algunas de estas historias de mujeres maravillosas y creativas que luchan por vivir felices, a pesar de las vicisitudes de la vida, mientras nosotras definimos y creamos las mantas que os ofrecemos.

Welcome to the BimbaluBlankets Blog!

I am Percy, one of the co-owners of BimbaluBlankets.  I have decided to start this blog to share with you some of our experiences in this beautiful world of hand knitting.

As we knit our blankets, we share stories with people that come to our store, perhaps to learn to knit, perhaps to find a friend.

My goal is to share with you some of these life stories of wonderful women that struggle to live with happiness, despite life difficulties, as we create and work in our blanket's catalogue.
